A Taiwanese Delegation Visited Prague, Following Vystrčil's Journey. "Manipulation of Anti-Chinese Forces," Beijing Protests (Czech News)

In October 2021, the Taiwanese delegation arrived in Prague, despite China's objections.

The visit followed last year's trip of the Chairman of the upper chamber, Miloš Vystrčil (ODS). In addition to politicians, the representatives of companies largely involved in technologies such as 5G and chip production joined the delegation.

The covid pandemic hindered the planned arrival of the Taiwanese delegation in the Czech Republic for more than a year. Three Taiwanese ministers arrived - Foreign Minister Joseph Wu, Development Minister Ming-hsin Kung, and Science and Technology Minister Tsung Tsong Wu.
